In the Pink

Hi everyone, here’s another fairly simple card I made during a recent playtime session. I particularly wanted to use a couple of the stamps from a set I got with a craft magazine earlier in the year.

I cut a square of white card and stamped the focal flower in grey as it seemed less harsh than black for this particular image. I coloured the flower with Zig Pens and added sparkle with Spectrum Noir sparkle pen, then stamped the sentiment and added soft stencilling using Distress Oxide. I edged the panel with black marker pen then matted onto 2 shades of pink card stock and finished off with some sparkly round and heart gems.

Stamps: Text{ures} by Lou Collins Typography;
Media: Versafine Clair (Morning Mist, Baby Pink); Kuretake Zig Clean Colour watercolour pens; Tim Holtz Distress Oxide ink (Kitsch Flamingo); Spectrum Noir sparkle pen;
Tools: Lavinia Leaf Trails stencil.

Challenges I would like to enter:
