Snowy scenes

No, I'm not talking about the views from my window onto the garden, but the batch of Christmas cards I made last night ! I actually managed seven (and one half made) in the one evening which is pretty good going for me ... though as you will see they were pretty much identical with one or two minor variations.

Card 1:

I would like to enter this one for the following challenges:

Simon Says - Christmas With No Red or Green
Papertake Weekly - Red and Green Must Not Be Seen
Spoon Full of Sugar # 133 - Christmas Card
Stamptacular #88 - Blue ... blue ... Christmas
(blue is the only colour on this card apart from silver)

Card 2:

I'd like to enter this one for

Secret Crafter #112 - Christmas
The Stamp Man #11 - Christmas Theme - 3 colours
(pink, silver and sepia)
Crafty Cardmakers #35 - White With A Splash
Stamp With Stampavie #120 - Christmas
Simply Create Alford - It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas
Card 3:

I would like to enter this one for

Creative Inspirations #90- White design papers only
(self coloured snowflake paper)
ABC - J is for Jewels
Paper Playtime #28 - Snowflakes

Card 4:

I would like to eter this one for

Top Tip Tuesday #13 - Use Ribbon
Creative Card Crew - Anything Goes
Christmas Card Challenges 2011 #1 - Christmas + monochromaticCaardvarks - Monochrome
Last but not least, I would like to enter the first 3 cards (I actually made 5 cards that looked just like these) into this week's Die Cut Dreams #77 - Seeing Triple. Just to prove I did make three or more with the same layout, here is a fairly poorly lit pic of all my batch standing up on the table ...

Recipe:
Main image on all cards: Penny Black "Snowy Park", inked in either black, sepia or purple ink, and covered in Fine Art crystal glitter;
Sentiment: Penny Black;
Papers: cards 1, 2 & 4 - high shine pearlised white card embossed with Cuttlebug "Snowflakes" folder; card 3 - self coloured snowflake paper from my stash;
Supplies: silver, blue and lilac gems and ribbon from stash; small two tone lilac roses from Wild Orchid Crafts;
Tools; Marianne D Creatables "flower swirl" die; Martha Stewart "Artic Snowflake" punch.

A couple more sessions like this over the next few days and I might be in danger of catching up with myself lol!

keep warm!

Hi Pauline,

Gorgeous cards. Elegant colour combos. So far I've resisted buying 'Snowy Park' but I may have to succumb lol & add it to my ever growing PB collection.
